The client is a Mumbai-based, non-deposit NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company). They specialize in digital lending tailored for MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises), leveraging data from digital transactions and cash flow analytics to assess creditworthiness for businesses that often lack access to traditional bank loans.

The entire loan process — from customer application and eligibility checks to KYC document scanning, credit underwriting, and loan disbursal — was managed through their in-house CRM. CYLSYS was tasked with incorporating updates and modules into this application.
